Yes , we received an RFE letter seems after RFE expiration date. but USCIS online case status still shows case was received and pending. it did not talk about RFE letter was sent

If she will not be able to get F1, what will be her status in USA ?
If she has filed for I-485 then she will be in Adjustment status - allowing her to study, work on EAD and travel overseas on AP. If she hasn't applied for I-485 when her F1 is denied then she will have to come back on H4 - she can study but not work.

My EB3 AOS was filed in July, 2007.
I have a valid H1 upto July, 2010 and my EAD expires September, 2010.
My wife and daughter have valid H4 upto July, 2010 and their EAD expires September, 2010. Both have used EAD.
APs are expiring in July 2010 for all of us.
My employer has filed for H1 extension.
I have couple of questions regarding my family�s statuses;
1. If my wife and daughter do not want to renew their EADs/APs (or renewal gets delayed beyond September, 2010), what is their legal status in US as they don�t have a valid I-94?
2. As they already used EADs, I think they are not eligible for H4 filing. Can someone confirm?
3. Does anyone have experience of renewing Driving license without EAD or H4 during AOS?

if there was something IV core would have informed us and suggested action items..
as of now concentrate on 2 action items
- Sending Thankyou cards
- Upload IV video on utube
Thanks for saying that jonty_11. It seems most members do not want to do the things requested to us by the IV core team. We just want them to provide us "service" by working to answer our personal questions which we should be asking paid lawyers, we just want to logon to the website to get the latest news and think the IV core team is simply idiot to request us to send out Thank You cards and put YouTube videos. There is no scarcity or ranting on the forums about personal situations, patriotism, logic, economic arguments, and our our personal belief system whenever we find someone in conflict with us. However, most people do not want to function as a community and want others to prepare a list of amendments for them so that they do not have to do their homework, so that they could get their green cards sooner.
Guys, please do not post messages for the sake of posting messages. Each post takes away many man hours when thousands of people are reading the post. This is time spent away from important activity. Most members are simply posting new threads over and over again, asking the same question. I am not able to understand why do people not want to search for an answer to their question in the earlier posts. Why do we have to spend time in reading and answering same set of questions over and over again?
And why do we ask others to put a list of all the amendments? If we want answer to this question, why can't one spend time and prepare a list and post that list sharing the information with others? No offense meant, I am simply trying to understand.

It is very late to be submitting the RFE response now. CIS will probably deny the H-1B and your employer will need to refile. The employer should have asked for an extension before the due date.

My attorney is encouraging me to take part in the proposed AILF Class Action Lawsuit against the Government by submitting I-485 to USCIS knowing that its going to be rejected. Anyone decided on this? What are the pros and cons? If there is a favorable outcome, I-485 may be accepted at that time (months? / years?). But here is my big concern: if I am a part of that lawsuit, my 485 may be considerably delayed (my PD is Feb 2005) ! I am aware that IV is encouraging lawsuit too. Any comments?
