They seem to stop after the first issue, especially if the first issue is bad enough. If the app crashes, they can't look much farther. However a small number of developers have reported Apple rejecting an app and giving more than one reason. Don't count on it.

The Intuos is far more advanced than the Graphire. I have a Graphire and I have a Bamboo; both are great, but the Intuos is more advanced than either of them. If I were you, I would get the Intuos.

I hear you, I didn't mean pale imitation as in "to imitate", I just think he is like hip-hop "Lite" or the "Light Edition" version. IMO he lacks real content and depth, contentwise he can't touch the greats who have come before him. He is just too crossover Top 40 for my taste, if it wasn't for all the guest appearances by other artists on his albums, I don't think they would be half as good as they are...Just my opinion...
I second this. His sophomore attempt is only more evidence to his lack of lyrical content.

If Apple wanted to make their phone available worldwide, signing with T-mobile would be the better choice. Compared to Cingular, Deutsche Telekom (the parent company to T-mobile USA) has a much larger market worldwide, covering Germany, the United States, Great Britain, Austria, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Poland, Belarus, Hungary, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovena, and Slovakia.
...Although Apple could sign a contract with just T-mobile USA; anything is possible.
i dont think it matters whether it's t-mobile or cingular... so long as its NOT VERIZON (or sprint/nextel!)... with the sim card phones some one will make it work... and sim phones are generally more popular than cdma phones (is that what they are still called these days? )... when i was in china, you could go buy a sim card off the street like a calling card and stick it into my phone

And? They are still losing marketshare. Apple is growing much slower than the market. And yes Android ships more *phones* than Apple ships *total* iOS *devices* (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) per quarter (40 million Android smartphones compared to 33 million iOS devices).
LOL back in 2008 all Fandroids were screaming "MARKET-SHARE DON"T MATTER," now Apple Fans are screaming it. Who cares.

The folks at Ecamm Network in the West Hall were showing off their suite of products. Many probably know them from their product iChatUSBCam, which has allowed USB webcams to work with iChat for some time.
However, what was probably the coolest software that they were demoing in their booth was a proof-of-concept that used the iPhone's camera as a remote webcam for iChat. Beyond just being a cool concept, it can be useful if you want to show the other participant of the conference something in the other room.
The technology currently works as a 3rd party application installed on the iPhone. When the iPhone is connected to your WiFi network and the application is loaded on the iPhone, your computer can use Bonjour to detect the iPhone's camera and voila.
In its current incarnation, it isn't ready for prime-time. After a few minutes, the picture would freeze, and connection would have to be manually re-established. There's also no word on availability as of yet, though a trip over to Ecamm's website (http://www.ecamm.com/) would be good if not just for this product, but to check out their other software as well.

That seems like a really cool program, especially if you are looking to create a gif from your favourite TV show, or something.
What are you wanting to do with the program, though? Because you could always pause the movie or video you are trying to cap from and press control+shift+4, this brings up a box which makes a cap of only the parts of the image that are selected, and conveniently saves it to your desktop.
I understand if you are trying something a little more complex, though, that this would be a tedious and inappropriate way of going about it. :)
thank you for your advice.

Is there still a chance that we might see a new Cinema Display before the 18th?
Anyone got any thoughts/predictions on when the new ACDs will come?

Regardless of when it comes out, this version will likely get the A5 if I had to guess. Next year will be the year of LTE plus a form factor change. The iPad 3 and iPhone 6 may actually keep the A5 for the first time in years (for the iPhone line).
I don't see a need for an A6 until foundries move to the 28 nm node and apple can either shrink and clock the current A5 higher (while still getting better battery life) or go quad core. When 2013 hits we can start talking about Eagle designs hitting smartphones.

That really surprises me that they still had some. About how long or what time did you get in the doors?
I got in line at 4:15PM and left with an iPad at about 9:15PM. When I was walking out, the last few people were getting ready to go in.
I could see there were still a few iPads left. Probably those 64GB Black Verizon models that this thread reported earlier. I'm sure some people got 2 tickets, then just bought one iPad when they couldn't get the 2 models they wanted.

The VPN server is an AVM 7270 router/modem/voip box.
So you think she has to manually connect to the ip adress of my MacPro to be able to download files remotely?
How would I do this? Is it done in Finder somewhere?
In the Finder:
Menu Bar > Go > Connect to Server > Mac Pro IP or what ever the name of your machine is called Mac-Pro.local
And your done, might even bookmark it if you use it often.

Hint: To do anything with a file, most operating system functions will want the complete path. That might be something like "/Users/freeme007/testFile" or "/Users/freeme007/Documents/testFile".
And for the times a complete path isn't needed, something called the working directory is used:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Working_directory
So how would you discover what the path of the program's current working directory is? Hint: NSFileManager has a method for it.
Next, how would you tell Xcode to use a specific working directory when running the program? Hint: Xcode has a Help menu with search capabilities. Try searching for working directory.

6th grade, music class. We were playing Hot Cross Buns on the recorder when the assistant principal whispered something to our music teacher. She kinda goes limp, and motions for my teacher to go with her outside the room. When they return, my teacher was crying hysterically. We all knew something happened, but of course didn't know what. When music ended about 15 minutes after that, we went out to recess. The wanted the kids to stay on the "blacktop" and not go far. I finally asked my 5th grade teacher what was going on. She said, "I'll tell you, but you're going to need to go to your aunts room right after this." I distinctively remember her words: "Planes hit the towers, New York city. Kamikaze, and there are more." I hadn't a clue still. She pointed me to go to my aunts room (who's a teacher at the school). When I got there, she took me to the library were they had a TV on with CNN showing the events. She called my mother because I kept saying, "I have to go home and see this!" While I was waiting for my mom, the towers fell. I remember I shivered, and thought about how I just watched thousands of people die. Dear god. My mom then came walking down the hall, and I ran up to her. We left the school and came right home. It was so surreal with the crystal blue skies overhead, and everyone's faces plastered with the most terrible facial expressions I'd ever seen in my life. I got home, and didn't leave the TV until 9 that night, at which time my mom said I needed to stop watching the coverage.
Amazing how vivid that day is still in my memory.

I've just found the problem in the site definitions (as you say) there is a button in the advanced area that says "links relative to" with the choices "document" and "site root". I clicked site root and started again and when I made an external css file it has the same dialogue to click. This solves it.
Now i've just got to get fireworks to do the same now
Thanks for the help

Well I may just be a fool but I thought that all WD hdds had the same connector pins. I've just taken apart my mbp only to find the (SATA?) connector inside is a different type than the WD's.
I'm just curious is there something I was missing that should have warned me that this would happen? Is there a way I can modify the WD so that I can make it my internal HDD?
That's all I really want.
My MBP:
15 inch Unibody (late 2008)
My WD:
WD10TMVV
I think this is it but mine is black.
http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=450
Thank you in advance!
On a side note this is an extremely solid external drive and I recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable terrabyte.
